I had a great experience with Thornliebank Motors today. The rear view mirror had become detached from my DS3 and three other garages declined trying to re-attach in case the windscreen shattered with the pressure. The member of staff I spoke to on the phone said he would have a look at it that afternoon and sure enough I was seen right away and the mirror re-attached with no fuss or charge. Very friendly and efficient service.
